Used this to carry my 8-month-old while commuting on the MRT and walking around VivoCity. The lumbar support is top-notch, my back doesn't ache even after two hours. It keeps both of us quite cool compared to older models. Giving it 4 stars only because it’s a bit bulky to pack into the diaper bag when we eat at restaurants, but the comfort is totally worth the price lah.
Been using this since my baby was a newborn without needing any separate insert, which is great. The straps are easily adjustable between me and my husband. Very breathable fabric, so baby doesn't get heat rash during our quick walks down to the neighborhood coffee shop. Quite pricey, but it's a solid investment since it can last until toddler phase.
